  • • Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and certification processes.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels.
  • • Proficiency in recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • • Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including apprenticeship initiatives and certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Erector Certifications, to enhance the skills and capabilities of our field staff.
  • • Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee training and experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to employees as they progress through successive levels of technical ability, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • • Recruitment Funnel Management: Develop and manage a recruitment funnel for key positions within the company, utilizing various channels to attract and retain top talent.
  • • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employee training and development and generate reports to track the progress and effectiveness of training initiatives.
